The Grifton Volunteer Fire Department is made up of about 50 members. Our volunteers respond to as many as 150 calls for help each year. Our protection area, including the Town of Grifton and parts of Pitt and Lenoir Counties, is large and diverse, presenting many challenges. The men and women of the Grifton Volunteer Fire Department dedicate their lives to providing fire protection and emergency medical service for citizens and visitors in our community.
We also have an active Ladies' Auxiliary.
